Shipping Information
We strive to have your package prepared and ready to ship out within 48 business hours. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or on Holidays.
- If you'd like to pick your order up in-store please give us a call if you're wanting to pick up same-day, or on Saturdays.
We offer many options for shipping, from expedited to 2-day.
- Carrier selected may not be the carrier used to ship out your package, as we will always select the fastest method. Please let us know in the notes section at checkout if you have a preferred carrier.
Sometimes an item that is ordered is backordered or unavailable, we will be in contact asap to find a solution that best suits you.
Issues, Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind all of our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If within Canada, we will generate a return label for you via Canada Post, to ensure a streamlined return process.
Prior to sending a return label, we will provide a quote of the cost of the shipping label, which will be deducted from your refund amount once processed.
There will be a 5% fee on all returns, to cover processing fees on our end.
