ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. In-store Pickup available for local customers.


Online orders requiring shipping can expect to be shipped out 1-5 business days after order placement. For updates on order status, email us at info@lonsdaleleather.com

Local pickup orders typically are ready within 1-2 business days.

 

Orders placed during an online sale period can expect a longer processing time due to order backlog.

 

Please note that orders cannot be prepared or shipped on weekends, and that processing time does not include shipping/transit time or potential carrier, weather, or shipment delays.

 

CANADIAN ORDERS

Orders over $150CAD (before tax, after discounts) qualify for free shipping

 

PO Box orders are shipped through Canada Post to prevent undeliverable parcels or further address delays.

 

Oversized orders weighing more than 40lbs or measuring over 39 inches in length may incur additional shipping costs once the order is packed and weighed

 

U.S. / TARIFF UPDATES

Due to the ongoing changes with cross-border policy and tariff regulation changes, we have been regularly updating our policy for US-bound orders. 

 

US orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee. If you have questions about US shipping rates please contact us via email and we'd be happy to assist.

 

All outgoing orders to the US will be sent through DHL with delivered duties paid (DDP), and as such US customers will not be subject to any duties or tax payment upon customs clearance. 

Orders shipped to the US can expect a longer processing and transit time due to changes in border customs clearance/processing time. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

We are happy to offer worldwide shipping to customers all across the globe!

 

Shipping is calculated during checkout once the shipping address is confirmed, please reach out to us via email with any questions regarding international orders

 

All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to you by your shipping provider prior to or upon delivery


GENERAL INFORMATION

  • If an item in your order is out of stock or on backorder, you will be contacted asap by our team to find a solution that works best for you

 

  • Shipping rates are generated at checkout, if you have any questions about the calculated rate for your order please reach out to us to confirm

 

  • For rush orders or customers needing their items in less than 2 business days, please reach out to us before placing your order so that we can ensure we are able to have your order ready for when you need it

 

  • When your order is packed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number

 

  • Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any transit delays that may occur due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstances

 

  • If your order has been shipped and is experiencing delays, or you think your package may be lost in transit, please get in touch via email and we will do our best to help assist with locating your package or contacting the carrier

 

All leather sales are final and are not able to be exchanged or returned, as they are measured and cut to order. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more information
