ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada. In-store Pickup is also available for local customers
Orders typically ship within 1-4 business days and local pickups ready within 1-2 business days
Please note that orders cannot be processed or shipped on weekends. Orders placed during an online sale period or near the weekend may have a longer processing time due to order backlog
CANADIAN ORDERS
Orders over $150CAD (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free shipping
Please note that oversized orders weighing more than 40lbs or measuring over 39 inches in length may incur additional shipping costs once the order is packed and weighed
PO boxes & orders sent to rural addresses will be shipped via Canada Post to avoid delays and potential delivery issues.
U.S. / TARIFF UPDATES
Orders over $150CAD (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free shipping
Effective August 29, 2025, the United States will end duty-free de minimus, and as such all goods imported into the U.S. will be subject to applicable duties and tariffs when clearing customs
Keep in mind that these charges will be in addition to any other fees, broker costs, or taxes calculated through customs
All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to you by your shipping provider prior to or upon delivery

We are happy to offer worldwide shipping to customers all across the globe!
Shipping is calculated during checkout once the shipping address is confirmed, please reach out to us via email with any questions regarding international orders

GENERAL INFORMATION
- If an item in your order is out of stock or on backorder, you will be contacted asap by our team to find a solution that works best for you
- Shipping rates are generated at checkout, if you have any questions about the calculated rate for your order please reach out to us to confirm
- For rush orders or customers needing their items in less than 2 business days, please reach out to us before placing your order so that we can ensure we are able to have your order ready for when you need it
- When your order is packed and ready to be shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number
- Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any transit delays that may occur due to weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
- If your order has been shipped and is experiencing delays, or you think your package may be lost in transit, please get in touch via email and we will do our best to help assist with locating your package or contacting the carrier
All leather sales are final and are not able to be exchanged or returned, as they are measured and cut to order. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more information
