LONSDALE LEATHER MILAN TOUR
Program Details
- The Program will take place from September 22 to September 26, 2025, in Milan, Italy.
- The Program is an educational content tour only. Participants are solely responsible for arranging and managing their own travel, accommodation, meals, health, and safety throughout the Program.
- The published itinerary is for reference only and is subject to change. Adjustments may be made as necessary to accommodate schedules, availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Equivalent alternative activities will be arranged where possible.
- The Program includes curated professional content, guided activities, and industry events as outlined in the itinerary.
- Activities involve daily walking and moving between venues across Milan. Participants are responsible for assessing their physical ability to participate.
- Daily activities are up to approximately 5 hours in duration. Participants are responsible for arriving at each day’s meeting point independently.
Program Fee
Total Fee: CAD 2,500 (includes a non-refundable registration fee of CAD 300)
- The fee covers professional guidance, programming, and access to scheduled activities only.
- Flights, accommodation, meals, insurance, and personal expenses are not included.
- Participants must independently secure comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, loss of baggage, and participation in program activities. Proof of insurance may be requested before participation.
- The organizers are not liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage to persons or property during travel or participation.

Cancellations & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to: info@lonsdaleleather.com
Refund conditions:
- Up to 45 days before the program start date (by August 8, 2025):
Full refund, minus the CAD 300 non-refundable registration fee. - From 45 to 30 days before the program start date (August 9 to August 22, 2025):
35% of the program fee will be charged, in addition to the non-refundable registration fee. - From 30 days before the program start date (from August 23, 2025):
No refunds will be issued. Participation is non-transferable and cannot be postponed. - Note: Refunds will not include interest or adjustments for currency fluctuations.
Force Majeure
The organizers are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or additional costs resulting from events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with international travel and participation in the Program. The organizers provide educational content only and assume no responsibility for the personal health, safety, or welfare of participants.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, professional manner throughout the Program. This includes compliance with local laws and customs, respect for fellow participants, instructors, suppliers, and hosts, and cooperation with the Program schedule.
The organizers reserve the right to dismiss any participant from the Program, without refund, for behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or in violation of this code of conduct.
Dismissal from the Program does not entitle the participant to any refund or compensation.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
