Which tool kit should I start with?
Start with the Basic kit if you want the essentials for a first project. Each kit after it adds more tools, and the comparison above lists exactly what's in each one.
Why would I get Eco-Cement?
Our regular contact cement can't be shipped outside Canada. Orders going outside Canada get our water-based L.L. Eco-Cement in its place.
Can I exchange a kit?
Unused tools can be exchanged within 30 days for store credit, and leather is final sale. Not sure a kit is right for you? Ask us before you order. Returns due to an ordering mistake have a 5% restocking fee.
Can I pick it up in store?
Yes. Pick it up from 76 W 6th Ave, Vancouver. Orders are usually ready in 1–2 business days.
What are your shipping options?
Canadian orders of $100 or more qualify for $16 flat-rate expedited shipping, and orders of $300 or more ship free within Canada (excluding Techsew machines). US orders ship for a flat $75 USD, including all duties and fees. International rates are calculated at checkout.
