What are your shipping options?
Canadian orders of $100 or more qualify for $16 flat-rate expedited shipping, and orders of $300 or more ship free within Canada (excluding Techsew machines). US orders ship for a flat $75 USD, including all duties and fees. International rates are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take?
In-store pickup orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days. Shipped orders generally go out within 1–4 business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays, and sale periods can take longer.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unused tools and hardware can be exchanged within 30 days for store credit. Returns or refunds due to customer error incur a 5% restocking fee. Leather, straps, lace, fur, rugs, Techsew machines and cut Raccagni zippers are final sale.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Any faulty products due to manufacturing defects will be replaced. We stand behind all our products, and if for any reason you're unhappy, we'll do our best to resolve it.
Can I shop in store?
Yes. Our shop at 76 W 6th Avenue in Vancouver is open Monday to Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 11am–5pm.
